Do credits expire?
Never. Credits you purchase stay in your account until you use them. There are no monthly minimums or expiry dates.
When am I charged?
Only when a lead is successfully delivered to you — via webhook, email digest, or portal download. You are never charged for leads we couldn't find.
What if a lead has an invalid email?
If we deliver a lead with a verified email that later bounces, we refund 1 credit automatically. Your feedback matters.
Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. You receive 50 free credits on email verification — enough to test 50 basic leads and your webhook integration. No card required.
What is a "supply scan"?
After you create a campaign, we run a free background scan to estimate how many matching leads exist per day for your targeting. This takes 60–90 seconds and costs nothing.
